Academic and professional career:

Higher school at the Classical High School Gymnasium State “Scipione Maffei” in Verona;

Degree in Law at the University of Bologna in 1989;

Subsequently he worked as a lawyer in the civil forum, first as a trainee, he was then authorized to the sponsorship in 1991, then from 1994, we was registered as a Member of the Lawyers Registry of Verona since 1994, n.912.

In 1999, after a successful collaboration with a law firm, he opened his own one, which in 2003 moved to the current location.

He was then entitled to exercise forward to higher courts since 2006.

As for the canon forum, he began to attend the  Pontifical University of San Tommaso d’Aquino in 1999.

He then obtained the License Diploma in Canon Law in 2001 at the Pontifical University of  San Tommaso d’Aquino in Rome summa cum laude.

Furthermore he obtained the Degree of Doctor of Canon Law magna cum laude in 2005 at the Pontifical University of  San Tommaso d’Aquino in Rome.

He is in the Rota Lawyers Registry since 2006.

Since 2001 he performs in the Ecclesiastica Regionall Court of the Triveneto.

The license and the doctorate in canon law are related to the legal system of the Catholic Church. Given the status of  Rota Lawyer, even on the government canon, one can perform before any Ecclesiastical Court in the world, before the Apostolic Tribunal of the Roman Rota, and even before the Supreme Court of the Apostolic Signatura.
